Just a line to say what a wonderful job you did yesterday at Jim’s funeral. It was perfect and you got everything just right. It was a real celebration of life and everyone said how much they had enjoyed it…..that was down to you.You have such a caring way with you, putting everyone at their ease. It wasn’t a sad day, all our friends were there and it was great to see them all under one roof. I do hope you consider it one of your best services, we all applaud you xx
