Rosalie had a very progressive and professional approach. Ensured a personal approach so friends & family could say farewell in their desired manner. She juggled a selection of last minute requests and quirks with great speed and good humour. Flexible to ensure a dignified ceremony in the midst of the Coronavirus outbreak. It was of course an emotional day, but I think Rosalie helped say farewell in the understated and beautiful way everyone desired. Recommended.
