Russell was very easy to get on with when he spent time with us before my mother’s funeral, listening to us as we shared memoires of her. The address he gave at the service was pitched just right in terms of content and tone – he had obviously taken on board everything we had said. Russell had made some recommendations about the style and contents of the service, which we felt were very appropriate. The service itself ran to time and was exactly what my mother would have wished for. Everyone we spoke to felt it was a very good way to say goodbye to her. Thank you.
