Hi Paul, I am writing on behalf of our family to express our thanks for B’s service you conducted on Monday 10th Feb at Forest Park.  We felt it could not have gone better and was both sensitive and respectful.  This opinion was echoed by other family members in attendance.  We thought you spoke with eloquence and emotion, and your reading of the swan poem with the music coming in, as our goodbye to Beryl, was quite beautiful.  We didn’t expect a real rainbow to the closing Eva Cassidy music but it was very unexpected and quite special on the day.  I don’t know if you or her late partner, J, ‘upstairs’ had a hand in it !  Once again many thanks for your services and friendly efficiency.
