Ruby was fantastic. She was so warm and welcoming and helped us to fully understand what was needed from us. She made the whole process of planning the service very easy and had such a personal approach which was great. On the day Ruby was wonderful, everyone commented on how lovely the service was and how great it went. Ruby if and when we have another baby we’ll definitely be calling on you again!
