Rachael is a lovely lady and is amazing at her job. We booked her for our vow renewal in the Isle of Wight in August. From the 1st contact with her I felt I’d known her forever. She came to meet us the day before and had a relaxed informal chat over a cuppa. It was exactly what we’d wanted.Highly recommended
