Derren is an amazing lady. My Granny sadly passed away in Oct’ 2017 and Derren was a recommended to us. Nothing was too much trouble. Derren came to the house to talk through everything with the family and from the minute she walked in she made everyone feel at ease and she remained there right the way through to the day of the service. Proof read the tribute that I had done and printed it off for me for the day itself. When I struggled to complete my tribute Derren simply placed her hand on mine which gave me the strength to complete what I had started. Derren then presented each child (7 of them)with a whole service print out at the end beautifully presented as well. I cannot thank or recommend Derren enough she wasn’t just there to conduct my grannys funeral she was a friend throughout.
