Thank you, Charlotte, for all of the genuine care and attention that you put into the recent memorial service for our mother. It was lovely to talk with you, and to share many of our most precious memories. We felt that you listened both attentively and sympathetically, and went on to create a touching as well as accurate tribute, that you read out so beautifully on the day – with expert input and a light touch. Truly, you helped make it much more of than a mournful occasion; instead, a celebration of life.
