“Dear Sarah, We just wanted to say thank you so much for all your advice and for enabling us to have the service that we wanted for Mum. Everyone thought that it was a very dignified service. I was a little concerned that my Aunt and Mum’s neighbours may have been surprised, so I’d warned them first, but they all thought it was a beautiful and dignified event. I was so glad that we were able to include my Dad ‘in the Tribute’ and I think that meant a lot to my Aunt, his sister. Mum’s neighbours told me that they were relieved not to be sitting through a long service with lots of prayers and hymns.
