Jill conducted the funeral service for my sister-in-law, Pauline, at Sandwell Crematorium. From our initial contact, Jill was warm, professional and genuinely interested in knowing who Pauline was. She spent time getting to know the family and understanding the type of service we wanted. I know she spent many hours, ensuring the eulogy truly reflected Pauline’s life and loves.
