I wanted to say a massive massive thank you to you for all your hard work and professionalism that you brought to bear in relation to mums final goodbye last week.From the moment you walked in the door you instantly gave us peace of mind that all the arrangements were in hand and that the rapid progress we needed could be achieved( not without incredible effort by all those involved). Your calm and sympathetic approach made speaking about mum a less traumatic experience for all of us. On the day it was fantastic to have you alongside, guiding the afternoon and making that time so special and minimising the distress. My family and I can not thank you enough Rachel. You have clearly found a role that you are incredibly good at, in all aspects.
