Good Afternoon SarahI just wanted to say thank you so very much for what was a truly wonderful service for my Mum.I can genuinely say that you made a very difficult day considerably easier. The way in which you put the service together was wonderful, and most of all the thoughtful way in which it was delivered and with such warmth!Thank you so very much you may say it is your job but I feel when someone clearly excels in what they do then this needs to be recognised.Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a wonderful service.Regards Andrew
