Hello Paul.  Thank you so much for this beautiful presentation script of Mum’s service.  It was a wonderful surprise when I opened the envelope – to think I’d just asked you for an email copy to send to several who weren’t able to be there on Thursday!   It was such a beautiful service, I did feel sad that numbers were so limited, but this will be perfect to forward to those absent and, of course, something for me to look back on when I think of Mum in the future.I would again like to express my gratitude for the professional way you guided me through the planning of the service, all in such a friendly manner and in the most difficult of circumstances.  I am very happy in the knowledge that we couldn’t possibly have given my dear Mum a better farewell.  Sincere thanks and warm regards,  John.
