We chose a celebrant because neither Dan or myself are religious and also because we wanted to get married at my parents so we knew we would not be able to have a legally binding ceremony there. We arranged to get legally married in the morning so in the afternoon we could have a more meaningful ceremony with Clare that was personal to us.We have nothing but positive feedback for our experience with Clare. She met us at and place which suited us and at time which was convenient for us. She was lovely throughout the year leading up to our wedding and made the journey to our wedding venue both in the run up the wedding and the night before our wedding so we could have a practice as Dan and I were both really nervous and worried we would be too emotional to get through the service. Luckily on the day we were both fine. I’m sure this was because Clare made us feel so relaxed and well prepared for our day. We have and lovely keepsake from our vows which Clare provided and the whole experience with her was great. The words that were prepared for us were both touching and funny and was exactly what we wanted for our day. We would highly recommend using Clare for a wedding service.
