Rosalie performed a very warm, considered and thoughtful service for us. She took time to speak to us and really listened to what we had to say, which she incorporated into her words during the service. She also made a number of very helpful suggestions about how best to manage the service which we were very happy to incorporate. We were very impressed with her professionalism and kindness at a very difficult time.
