We booked Charlotte for our wedding ceremony and she massively exceeded expectations. We live in Bangkok and were organising a wedding in the UK which isn’t the easiest thing to do. I’d randomly contacted a few celebrants on the web and Charlotte got immediately in touch via a text and we had a call the same night. She’s very down to earth and easy to talk to, after realising our ‘remote’ location issue she came up with a great solution and spent hours on 3 separate FaceTime sessions discussing the wedding and interviewing us. She then wrote the most incredible personal wedding story and vows and we did a couple of reviews before finalising, she also help us work out the right role for other family members throughout the day. On top of this she personally called my mum to support her, and went to the venue together to do a reccy as we were not in the country.Almost everyone who attended has commented about how amazing they thought Charlotte was, and my Grandmother has already decided she will be doing her funeral!
