Charlotte was introduced to us through our funeral director. For somebody you’ve never met before to have to become such an important role in the funeral for a loved one must be extremely daunting, but Charlotte was so professional, kind and caring. She came to meet us instead of us having to go to her, she sat with us and asked some wonderful questions for us to answer which allowed her to build a very personal and touching tribute to my Dad on the day. She only had a week to prepare but you would have thought she’d had prepared a month in advance. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better celebrant to lead the funeral for my Dad.
