We recently had Sharon create and take our would-be-wedding blessing ceremony. During the weeks prior to the ceremony, Sharon contacted us on a number of occasions to get to know us properly and ask us questions about each other and our relationship. Because of this, our ceremony and ‘promises’ that we made to one another were beautifully personalised, and it really meant a lot that Sharon had taken her time to carefully put them together from our own words. We will treasure the ‘promises’ she created for us forever! Although the vows we shall say in church next year have to be more generic, hearing the little things that Mark loves about me and promises to continue to do during our marriage reminded us of why we are getting married. It will make our wedding next year even more special, after knowing a little more about what we love about each other!Sharon is a warm, friendly, smiley face that made us both feel instantly better on an already stressful, emotional day. After being nervous in the morning about how it would go, we left feeling happy, emotional (in a good way!) and excited about the Real Thing next year.
