Hi Ellen,I hesitate to say we had a lovely day yesterday but I think you will know what I mean.You stepped in at very short notice and made the whole process very easy for Jane and I which was just what we needed at a time of great loss and stress. Your service captured the spirit of dad which was all the remarkable as you hadn’t met him before and had so little time to prepare. Your timings were ‘spot on’. I had several friends comment that it was a really nice service and more personal that the normal religious service. Thank you also for the nice touches including the copies of the service.
