Dear Dave, Carole and I thank you so very much for conducting the service for our beloved Neal yesterday. It was simply beautiful and reflected his personality perfectly – the chapel seemed to be full of love for him by so very many people whose lives he had touched throughout his all too short life. All the arrangements ran like clockwork and we are indebted to Debbie at Heritage for recommending you to us. From our first meeting we were impressed with your professionalism, sincerity and compassion – having you at our side has helped us enormously during these difficult days.
