Gordon was my stepfather, a craftsman, woodworker, gardener and someone who cherished life to the full. He and my mother were together for 34 years and he reached the grand age of 96. Sian stepped in late in the day to conduct his funeral at Roucan Loch Crematorium and under the difficult circumstances of Covid restrictions provided our small gathering in the open air with a caring, thoughtful and inclusive ceremony. It gave us all much comfort and provided Gordon with a simple send off that I know he would have appreciated. A big thanks to Sian for her sensitivity, realism and thoroughly professional service.
