Hi, I'm Rebecca
With White Rose Ceremonies, you will have the benefit of a celebrant with over 9 years experience! Your ceremony can be simply traditional, delightfully quirky or quietly spiritual. Our ceremonies support all faiths and beliefs including humanist but, ultimately, we believe you should have a ceremony that reflects who you really are.
We work closely with you to prepare the script for your ceremony and ensure it combines three magic ingredients – your promises to each other and your family, laughter and lots of love. We also have many years experience of working in different venues – formal, licensed and unlicensed, fields, woods, barns, tipis, boats and back gardens and even punts, yes! We quickly assess what can work well and share lots of possibilities with you.

We design and deliver wonderfully happy Wedding Ceremonies, in any location. Just separate the legal administration from your unique ceremony and you will find that lots of exciting options are open to you.
Naming Ceremonies and Renewal of Vows also include all the special people in your family and recognise how important they are to you.
The Funeral services we conduct also respect the unique and very special life of the one who has died and the love that surrounds them.

Naming Ceremonies
Naming Ceremonies are a wonderful way to welcome new children, whether they are babies born into the family or children adopted into the family. If you are considering a Naming Ceremony, you already know that a fully religious ceremony is not right for you. However, you still want to welcome your child surrounded by family and friends and a Naming Ceremony is a perfect solution.
Naming Ceremonies involve you making a commitment to the responsible and loving parenting of your child, and your friends and family committing to support you in that process and, importantly, to support your child. Through the promises you make, you share your love, dedication, hope and dreams for your child. You can choose the music, poems and other rituals such as rose or tree planting, balloon release, treasure boxes amongst others. Funerals
Rebecca is an independent Celebrant who delivers contemporary funeral services that can include religious references.
Rebecca delivers touching, unique and personal ceremonies for your loved ones at their funeral. Working closely with Funeral Directors, she provides sympathetic and respectful home visits to help you develop a funeral service that reflects the life of the person who lived. She spends as much time with you as you need, to help you develop the service with music, poems, readings, hymns and prayers. You can choose to have hymns that resonate with your family and childhood, or more popular or classical music that evokes precious memories of special times, or a combination of both. She naturally encourages as much participation by family and friends as emotionally possible at the time. However, she is experienced at writing eulogies (tributes) and can deliver them for the family at the service when requested to. She is there to help and support you, not take over unnecessarily. Her ceremonies work on the basis that she respects everybody’s beliefs and spirituality,

Truly special!
Rebecca conducted our ceremony after our legal wedding last year. From the time of booking, her warmth and kindness shone through! She put us at ease and made the ceremony reflect us both perfectly. We couldn’t have wished for anything more. We had so many comments on how brilliant she was. Thank you so much Rebecca, you helped make our day truly special!
Amazing!
Rebecca was amazing from the moment we met her (via zoom). We planned our ceremony from Australia and Rebecca was so helpful, available any time which isn’t easy when you are 8.5 hours ahead of the UK! Rebecca wrote the most beautiful script, we couldn’t have been happier and there was not a dry eye in the house with her words. Rebecca even contacted me before the wedding day to check what colours she could wear which I thought was such a lovely personal touch! We had the most incredible day thanks to her. The BEST!
We had the BEST time planning our ceremony with Rebecca from Friday night zoom calls with gin and rum (us obviously) to our dress rehearsal in the garden dancing down the aisle. Rebecca was recommended to us by our friends and as soon as we had our first chat we just knew she would be make our day special and fun and she just did that and so much more! Everyone who attended our wedding has said how amazing she was and how she captured our lives and personalities and made it so memorable. The detail into the planning and delivery on the day was so professional and detailed and we get to look back on it all with a beautiful keepsake folder containing the readings, vows and certificate that matched our invitations, it’s all just so thoughtful and a perfect touch. We are genuinely sad it’s all over but have made so many memories we’ll cherish. We can never thank you enough Rebecca, we hope you had fun too and will miss our chats. Thank you! Alexis and Scott
