Hi – my name is Stephen, and I’m an independent civil celebrant based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
An eclectic background in business, education and writing, together with a few rides on the roller-coaster of life has given me an understanding of all that goes hand-in-hand with the great adventure of human existence. I am committed to providing you with the opportunity to tell your unique story at your ceremony. I will work with your beliefs and values to craft a ceremony that properly reflects your unique story and truly honours who you are.
What's my ceremony style?
My ceremonies will reflect exactly what you want – after all, it’s your day, not mine! You are creating lifelong memories, and together we will design the ceremony of your dreams. I’m happy (and very willing!) to include symbolic elements such as Hand Fasting, Sand Blending or Unity Candles. Let me know what you’re thinking, and we’ll find a way to include it.
I’m approachable, friendly and like to be organised. I hope that my ceremonies will reflect love, warmth and positive human values, and that they will create smiles, laughter and happy tears.
