Hi, I'm Mary
I am a professional Celebrant trained by the International College of Professional Celebrants. I am based in Bedfordshire but am happy to travel to Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire too. I am warm and friendly and would love to create a beautiful, unique and individualised ceremony for your special day. I will get to know you really well so I can make sure your ceremony captures all the wonderful aspects of your love story, how you met, how you fell in love, what you love about one another and your hopes and dreams for the future.
What's my ceremony style?
I am relaxed but pay attention to detail and I will make sure you feel comfortable with me – so I can get to know you properly and make sure your special occasion is a reflection of your true personalities. I am prepared to meet and chat with you as often and as many times as you need; what matters most to me is making sure you feel the ceremony I prepare for you is perfect in every way! And I will make sure all the special people in your life feel just as involved as you would like.

In my mind the ideal couple a one who love one another and want to share their lives with one another – that is all that matters. Whether they would like a relaxed ceremony in a muddy field or an elegant affair in a country house, I will put 100% of my commitment and energy into making sure their day is unique, relaxed, joyful and memorable.
I am flexible and will perform as long and involved or as short and sweet a ceremony as the wedding couple would like. I love children so am extremely happy to plan a ceremony which involves the children of the family or any loved ones who the couple would like to share their special occasion with or to remember with love.

Funerals
I am able to offer funeral ceremonies for any sort of service, from a standard crematorium to a woodland burial ground.
I charge from £200 and for this I will support the family as much as they need; I will take the time to get to know them and make sure the service I create is comforting to them and gives their loved one the ceremony they deserve.
