Hi, I'm Kristina
This ceremony is all about you and how I can create the best one for you. I have always cared for and been truly interested in people so after studying Modern Languages at the University of Bristol, I joined British Airways so that I could meet people from all over the world! After attending ceremonies which did not fulfil their expectation of being a personal and beautiful ritual, I decided to become a celebrant to help you to create the ceremony you wish for. I am fortunate to have been trained by Peter Headington. I was born in and grew up near Cambridge and I now live in Gloucestershire with my husband and two children.
What's my ceremony style?
From experience I feel the most important thing in the ceremony is being fully present with you, truly acknowledging the significance of the moment you are in and being a guide through the overwhelming emotions of the day. This is all about you and your experience, and I feel the responsibility of this. I believe that compassion, warmth, humour and understanding are key. This will develop from the relationship we create together whilst bringing all your wishes of the ceremony to life. I will always ask, “What is the most important thing you want to feel, and also what you want your family and friends to feel, about the ceremony.?” Please feel you can call so we can have an informal conversation about your wishes.

What do I offer?
Weddings
I truly appreciate the beauty of nature and our surroundings in Gloucestershire, so I really love a wedding in stunning surroundings with a couple who also appreciate this environment. The ceremony sets the feeling and emotion for the rest of the wedding day, so my favourite wedding ceremony is personal and full of meaningful moments with contributions from family and friends.
I will meet with you before the ceremony to hear all about your love story and we will have a rehearsal so you have the confidence that the wedding day will run just as you dream it to. If you wish I will support you in the writing of your vows so they feel natural and true on the wedding day. Together we will create a unique ceremony which will be an incredibly special celebration of your love and beginning of your new life together. I will encourage family and friends to participate with readings and music if they wish. I will be there on the day as a support and guide to you both. I will deliver the ceremony in a professional and warm manner.

Naming Ceremonies
I write bespoke naming ceremonies which could also be called ceremonies for “Welcoming a new life into your family.” It is a wonderful ritual, a moment to pause and celebrate, acknowledging the significant transformations that have taken place through the birth and becoming parents.
I will meet you to hear the story of your family and create a beautiful and meaningful ceremony to welcome this new little life into the world. We can involve family and friends, include music, poetry and readings.

This is a beautiful ceremony to create and write because there are so many stories of love, joy and perhaps challenges that been overcome. It is a rich ceremony and full of profound meaning. It is a true celebration of love.

Funerals
I would like to help you to create a truly personal and dignified ceremony in order to celebrate the precious life you wish to honour. We can design a ceremony that will warmly pay tribute and show respect for your loved one .I will conduct the ceremony so that it is perfectly suited to your spiritual beliefs, social traditions and style. The bespoke ceremony will honour your loved one, bring the mourners together to compassionately support one another and bring comfort to you and your family.
As your celebrant I will spend time with your family before the ceremony listening to your stories and memories, looking at readings and poems together, selecting music, and encouraging family and friends to participate if they wish. We will thereby create a ceremony which will become a cherished moment for you and your family. I will personally write and perform the ceremony. I offer continuity of support during our time together.

I see this come to light especially for grieving families, in the process of creating a meaningful funeral ceremony.
