Despite these extremely difficult times, Rosalie conducted my Dad’s funeral service in a lovely and fitting way. She took time beforehand to find out about his life, his character and how these things related to the family members present. At my request, she sourced music and recorded an audio file of the service for us to share with the friends and relatives who could not attend. Rosalie has both a compassionate and professional approach to her work; nothing is too much trouble and she made the day easier to bear. I am very grateful for the recommendation of her by the funeral director.
