From my initial contact with her and throughout the whole process of arranging my brother’s funeral Jo showed a quite outstanding degree of empathy and professionalism. On the day itself her skillful management was in large part responsible for the delivery of a beautiful service. She not only wrote a detailed and well-crafted eulogy but delivered it in such a way that the hearts of all who were present were deeply touched. If you are looking for an exceptional celebrant than I can say, without any hesitation, look no further than Jo Napthine. Whilst our ceremony was for a very sad occasion, I have no doubt she would prove equally outstanding in respect of happier events.
