Justine has a perfect blend of friendliness, sensitivity, and understanding . She gave us the support and structure we needed to give our mother the perfect funeral. We enjoyed telling her about our mum and her life. She worked with our ideas and incorporated them into a wonderful eulogy to our mother. Justine has great presence and her calm demeanour allowed us to feel secure and relaxed in the way she led us through the service.
