We are in Australia, wanting a Commitment Ceremony with my partners family in Widnes.
We were given Kirstie’s details from our niece.
We were in touch, and it just went from there. Kirstie provided us with all of the information that we needed, all in a very timely manner.
No questions were to difficult, and always answered quickly and thoroughly. Kirstie was very transparent, no hidden costs.
We arranged everything via email, and had one face time appointment with Kirstie. She was very easy to talk to, and made the whole experience comfortable and fun.
She got to know each of us, so that she was able to get the information needed for a very personalised ceremony.
We had a 20 minute sit down, face to face meeting 2 days prior to the ceremony (we just flew in from Australia) – she had everything organised & in order, she was just as friendly and as personable as she was in our face time meeting, all the weeks before.
We felt like we knew her from the email conversations & face time so that when we met her, we truly felt as though we knew her and when it was the ceremony day, it felt as though she was part of the family – she was a very special part of our ceremony and we cannot thank her enough.
We wanted to include something special within the ceremony, as a memorial for my partners Dad – Kirstie asked many questions about how we wanted it to be incorporated in the service and helped us come up with the perfect solution – a candle lighting that included his Mum, brother & sister and myself – it was truly perfect
Kirstie has a magic way of putting the room at ease, making guests laugh and feel connected to the ceremony and to her.
Everyone commented on how beautiful the ceremony was, how wonderful Kirstie was and how perfect the ceremony was for John & I. We couldn’t agree more!
