Rachel has officiated at the funerals of my uncle and aunt who died within 6 months of each other.Since our very first meeting, we were reassured by Rachel’s openness, flexibility and listening skills to truly get a picture of those we have lost. She got to know my aunt by planning her husband’s funeral, and led a totally superb tribute at both funerals. Despite being obviously sad occasions, it was an absolute pleasure to work with Rachel.
