Laura was fantastic throughout in advance of and on the day of my Mum’s funeral. She kindly agreed to meet with us (Dad and me)via Microsoft Teams in advance to run through all the information, which was very much appreciated and allowed my Dad to be involved in the planning. Laura was kind, caring and professional throughout and as someone else suggested 5 + stars. She turned the information I sent her in a Word document and information we discussed on Microsoft Teams into a lovely eulogy and managed to fit in all our song choices. I cannot thank Laura enough for her warmth and kindness and for making a difficult time easier.
