It was a pleasure to be part of the ‘congregation’ and videographer for the ceremony today.
Claire was clear and concise in her briefing to us prior to commencement of the ceremony.
It was clear that Claire had written a ceremony that was totally in tune with what her bride and groom had talked through with her, it was both personable and the right amount of humour to settle the nerves.
Claire’s tone and diction was spot on and she is clearly a natural at standing in front of an audience and presenting.
Claire was able to sense the nerves of the couple and set them at ease by reiterating text when they faltered, in such a manner, they were then able to compose themselves.
Claire used gestures to also encourage the couple to stand in an appropriate place according to points within the given dialogue.
Claire’s professionalism shone through today and she should be proud of herself and be encouraged in the fact that she will make a good celebrant from the way she composed herself and has the ability to direct others.
I wish her every success after her hard work and effort that had been put into today .
