I wanted to write and thank you personally Elaine for your wonderful and empathetic approach to creating the Celebration Service for Dad. You were so very kind and supportive to Mum and Peter, and the time you took to really understand Dad’s life and legacy was truly heart-warming. We really could not have asked for more.
