Kay provides a service which goes beyond just providing a service; she is the ultimate professional and embodies compassion in everything that she does from the first meeting to the service. You do not feel like one of her clients, she makes you feel that you are the only person she is dealing with. Taking all the time you and she needs to get all the information and understanding to make the service what you want and to ensure it will truly represent the person who’s life is being celebrated. Along with her compassion, she also offers appropriate and considered advice where required. I consider Kay to be the ultimate professional who is highly suited to whichever occasion she is officiating. I cannot rate Kay highly enough
