Jo was an amazing celebrant for our mother’s funeral.
I initially called Jo as she was recommended on the website of the funeral directors that we used. Her empathy, sensitivity and clarity in explaining how she could assist as a celebrant shone through immediately and I felt she was right for us.
This proved to be the case and after a lengthy conversation about my mother’s life she went to work on the eulogy and general organisation of the service. Working with her over the two week period Jo arranged the Order of Service booklet, ensured the funeral directors and crematorium had the suicide and photo slides arranged etc.
Jo’s communication and her sensitive approach, along with attention to detail and her reading of the eulogy and running of the service was fantastic. A number of family members and friends commented on what a lovely service it was.
I highly recommend Jo and will be in touch with her again should I need the services of a celebrant again.
