Elaine took the service for our Son Sam. It was a beautiful service and a wonderful celebration of Sam’s life. Everyone commented on how personable it was. From the moment we contacted Elaine, nothing was too much trouble and she was there for us every step of the way. I felt we were listened to and all our requests for our precious Boy we’re met.
