At such a difficult time, Steve showed empathy and understanding; he listened, clearly understood who my brother was. Steve took away the pressure and produced a wonderful Order of Service, projected screen and video for during the service, he spoke with knowledge, care and understanding using words that supported our grief. All including those who were unable to join us due to numbers felt his personal embrace of our loss but had a story of life to tell. A great tribute to my brother.
