Dear Rachel. I was just sitting down to write our thank you letters when your card arrived. What a lovely surprise that was, and thank you for all you wrote, including the gentle poem. I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed the celebration for Jack’s life which all of your work made so very pleasurable for us. Everybody who came to say Goodbye left smiling, and all learned something new about him. It was also very special that the informal atmosphere you created made it so natural for people to join with Sascha in completing the song she did for her Grandad. No-one will ever hear that song again without thinking of her and Jack. We all send you our heartfelt thanks and very best wishes.
