From the moment we read Onie’s site, we knew she had the right kind of energy we wanted for our wedding. We wanted intimacy, privacy, someone professional and someone who could tailor our ceremony to our unique selves. Onie went above and beyond.

We were eloping to Scotland from Australia for a same sex wedding. We had a quaiche during the ceremony and did a handfasting. We had invited our friends and family who could not come to the wedding to send us a ribbon and send Onie a couple of sentences to include in our ceremony as their well wishes for us on our day as a part of the handfasting ceremony. Onie engaged with our friends and family beautifully, respecting their wishes but also keeping us in the loop before changing the ceremony too much. We felt respected, well informed and like we were in good hands.

We had the ceremony outside on Calton Hill. While this could have been a little touristy with people intruding; it absolutely was not. We chose a small tree behind the pantheon and away from the main paths. It was such a lovely setting and our 5 guests all participated in the ceremony with their own roles, as guided by Onie. This made it all the more special for those who travelled so far to witness our vows.

We cannot recommend Onie enough. From the communication, the advice, the zoom meetings and quick meeting in person before the wedding. If you want someone who has gorgeous energy and is well spoken and articulate; choose Onie. She really made our day extremely special. It was also very special to receive a small gift at the end of the day recording the ceremony. It was a beautiful and sentimental touch which we will keep forever.
