Your words captured Ron’s personality beautifully, and you spoke so well, really conveying the heartfelt memories my family.Funerals are always emotional and difficult but I really did enjoy this one and felt that it really was a celebration of Ron’s life.  He would have been so happy with that sending off and I felt uplifted as I left the building.  Thank you so much for helping make that happen.Your role must be very challenging and I think you really do have a talent for connecting with people and understanding the essence of the loved one.Heartfelt thanks and best wishes,
