In July 2020 I found myself returning to Steve for his much needed support after the passing of my beloved Mum. In January he had supported my Mum and our family following the loss of Dad. So when Mum passed his support was especially helpful as he had met my Mum and shared some special memories with her.

I found myself coping through the process but overwhelmingly sad immediately after my Mum’s funeral, which is why it has taken me so long to write this commendation. Steve was attentive and supportive throughout both funeral arrangements. He was at the end of the phone, on zoom and replied to whatsapp messages at all hours. He guided us in terms of what would work as personal and special tributes. The video tributes were created to music and are there forever as a special memory, Steve captured everything perfectly.

Steve’s parting comment was he does weddings too – so hopefully in the future we get to share a special happy day in his company too.
