We met Diane whilst planning our dear Father’s funeral in March 2020. Even amidst the beginnings of social distancing for Covid-19, she kindly visited my home to chat with myself and my two brothers about the man our Dad was to us and what we wanted for his service to ensure that it was just right.She had a warmth that put us at ease during what was an incredibly painful and difficult time. She explained everything clearly to us and nothing was too much trouble. She kept in contact during a very uncertain time and tried to keep us positive about the service being able to go ahead (albeit, sadly, with just the 3 of us in the end).On the day Diane conducted a beautiful service, filled with all the things we wanted to include and paying the perfect tribute to our wonderful Pops. We were very pleased with Diane’s services from start to finish and we will be using her again for Dad’s second funeral, whenever that may be!Caroline, Matthew & Richard
