Jo was fantastic from the first contact to the good bye after the service. So professional in all her dealings with me. The speed of response to emails and text was unbelievable. Her attention to detail unchallenged.. The service was conducted word and factually perfect. Jo has a kind heart and soul and connects to the congregation in a truly friendly way. We have been to the same chapel for other funerals with different celebrants, Jo was head and shoulder above them all. This was backed by other relatives comments at the wake. Thank you so much Jo.
