Sarah is an amazing person who has an absolutely fantastic personality and zest for life.She is extremely passionate about her job and that shines through from the moment we met her. We already knew by reading her profile that she was the one for us, however, the moment we met her, the bond was instant. It was like catching up with an old friend. She is so friendly and laid back and instantly puts you at ease travelling to our house every time for our meetings when it was convenient for us. Communication was fantastic throughout the whole process. Sarah offered different ritual ideas on how to personalise our ceremony that would best explain us a a couple and would fit our personality as we were struggling slightly in terms of what we wanted.
In regards to the ceremony itself, all we asked of Sarah was to keep it simple, but fun as we wanted our guests to also have the best day ( and not be bored!) and this being such a huge part of it was crucial to get right and boy did she nail it! The ceremony speech on the day was perfect, incorporating everything that my partner and I had said about each other and our life together so far. She even went so far as to follow through on a bet during the ceremony that my partner had set her during a meeting, leaving our guests in hysterics but also ending up backfiring on my partner! Such a good sport!! We had on the day, and have had since non stop compliments about Sarah and the ceremony and how much more personalised a celebrant led ceremony is. Also, all the little touches Sarah incorporates into the big day and the keepsakes for you afterwards ( all off her own back) really adds that extra special feeling to a day you will already never forget and will cherish forever.
A big shout out to Paul, Sarah’s partner who is also so laid back and friendly. He offered music choices that best suited our personalities and the type of ceremony we wanted. He had song choice ideas we had never even thought of. He did our music before, throughout and even after the ceremony while the photos were being taken.
We truly could not have asked for a better person than Sarah to be the one to conduct our big day and a better couple to have been by our sides sharing our special day with us. Absolutely fantastic and would recommend 1000% and more! A day we will truly never forget!
