Hi Liz, I just wanted to say the biggest thank-you for the service you did for my mum’s funeral. It was simply perfect in every way. You listened to what I wanted & understood that it was important to me that it was completely about her & was uplifting & positive – a complete celebration of her life & the amazing person she was. Nothing was ever too much trouble for you & your approach was professional & compassionate from start to finish. I had so many comments afterwards about how lovely & fitting the service was…..someone even said to me “I’m really not sure if it’s appropriate to say this….but it was the best funeral I’ve ever been to”! Thank-you for making such a sad occasion such an inspiring one – exactly what my wonderful mum would’ve wanted. Thanks again & keep doing what you’re doing. Lucy x
