A massive thank you for all that you did for Mum’s funeral. I am so happy that John recommended you, as you were simply amazing throughout the whole time. Thank you for being so caring and helping us to get through a very sad time. You made it a little easier to deal with by being so helpful and caring. On the day you did my Mum and us all so proud. It was so important to me that my Mum got the send off she deserved, and you gave that to her. We will never forget that! So many people commented on what a beautiful service it was and that was largely down to you. We couldn’t have wished for a better person to help us through this sad time.
