Hi Ellen, I would like to thank you for the lovely service that you delivered for my dad. I was so worried about everything, (regarding speaking and if anyone would turn up) but the attendance was amazing and your guidance on the service put me at ease and enabled me to say what I so desperately wanted to say about my father in front of everyone.
