Charlotte was invaluable in pulling together the service for my late partner’s Celebration of Life. She listened to our memories about her, asked questions to draw out personal anecdotes which made the service so much more than an overview of her life. My partner’s personality shone through, from the love we had shared, the care my partner gave to her family & friends and the lighter elements in her life. The overall sense of loss we all felt during the service was countered with the laughter and fun we had shared.Numerous people have spoken to me in the days following the celebration service, praising Charlotte for the compassion in the words she had written, which hit the right tone for the delivery of what was a beautiful eulogy. Charlotte ensured the whole event went seamlessly, checking every detail with me to make sure it was correct and what I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I will be eternally grateful to Charlotte for her support during a very sad and heart-wrenching time. It made the whole process easier to bear.
