Liz created a truly wonderful funeral service for my partner’s Mum. From her initial contact with the family and throughout the entire planning process she could not have been more kind, sensitive and empathic. Liz visited and kept contact with the family to talk to them about their loved one’s life and dealt very sensitively with each of them in their grief. Liz took great care in listening, was insightful and perceptive and communicated incredibly well with each individual. She not only managed to beautifully capture the emotions and memories of the family but she went above and beyond in providing huge comfort to them along the way. The resulting service was a perfect, personal tribute to the lady whose life was being celebrated and was a true reflection of her life and spirit. Those closest to her, her family and her friends all felt that she herself would have loved it too. I cannot imagine there is another person more suited to providing such an incredibly important service; Liz is an absolute gift.
