Kay is such a lovely warm person, yet professional at every stage. She really spent time making sure the funeral and celebration of life met everyone’s idea of how it should go. She was very inclusive in how she captured everyone’s thoughts and wishes. She related to everyone well. On the day she was exactly the sort of calm, warm and reassuring person you’d want conducting the proceedings. I am sure little fazes her. Thank you Kay.
